The Killer B Motorsport V4 Performance Oil Pan is an aftermarket oil pan designed to enhance the reliability and performance of high-performance Subaru engines used in both street and track applications. Here's an overview of its key features and details:

Key Features:

  1. Increased Oil Capacity: The oil pan has an extra 1.3 quarts of oil capacity, which represents a significant increase of over 30% compared to the OEM oil pan. This additional capacity helps improve oil cooling and lubrication during high-performance driving.

  2. Compatibility with Ultimate Oil Pickup: The oil pan is designed to work seamlessly with the Killer B Motorsport Ultimate Oil Pickup, which is known for its durability and high-flow capabilities. This oil pickup is designed to replace the OEM pickup that can be prone to failure.

  3. Fit and Leak Tested: Each oil pan is fit and leak tested before leaving Killer B Motorsport, ensuring quality and performance.

  4. Header Compatibility: The oil pan is designed to work with most headers commonly used in Subaru applications. However, there have been reported fitment issues with some Invidia headers.

  5. Drain Port Options: The oil pan comes with an OEM-sized drain port and an additional 1/2" NPT port. The NPT port offers flexibility for using a quick drain valve or other accessories.

Ultimate Oil Pickup:

  1. High-Flow Design: The Ultimate Oil Pickup is designed to be the highest flowing pickup available, addressing the limitations of the OEM pickup. It is CAD designed and tested on dynos and tracks over a period of more than 10 years.

Fitment Notes:

  • Some models might require a small piece of the OEM belly pan to be trimmed for proper fitment.
  • Turbo EJ20 engines might need to change to the STi dipstick and tube or mark the old dipstick with a new full mark.
  • The pickup works with all Turbo EJ25 motors in the WRX/STI, as well as some other cars with OEM oil pans or the Killer B Oil Pan. Turbo EJ20 cars will need a Turbo EJ25 oil pan to use this pickup.
