REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless otherwise indicated, products sold by Envisiontuning.com are covered under the Standard Return Policy. Our Standard Return Policy requires the buyer to complete an RMA request within 14 days from the invoice date (sales@envisiontuning.com). If your order is over 14 days, it will not be eligible for return. It is very important that you do not send any item back to our facility without obtaining authorization, doing so will result in a refusal of the package.
For an item to be covered under our Standard Return Policy, it must be in new, unused condition with any and all packaging intact. Under the Standard Return Policy, original and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable, and will not be credited in any way. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in delayed and/or refused return processing. Items that have been damaged in shipment, are plagued with a manufacturing defect or warranty replacement are not covered under the Standard Return Policy and must be handled individually by a member of our Customer Support Team (See Warranty Policy). Freight shipping charges on returned or exchanged products is not covered by Envision Tuning. Please also take note that items covered under the standard return policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.
Specialty Order Items which are not in stock or will need an approximated time in order to be completed will be considered as a special order item. The approximated time is not in the control of Envision Tuning, the approximate time frame is provided directly from the factory or the manufacturer. Such items will require a deposit amount of 30-50% of the total invoice, or the invoice to be paid in full. The amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. If no deposit was taken for the special order item, a 30%-50% restocking fee will be applied for cancelling.
Special order and/or custom-built CANNOT be canceled once the order has been submitted for production. Once the deposit has been made, the customer should have already reviewed the invoice received and payment or deposit made is an act of agreement upon Envision Tuning terms and conditions. Once special order items are completed and ready to be shipped out to you, the remaining balance to be paid in full within 30 days. If an item is not paid in full within the time frame, Envision Tuning reserves the right to resell and forfeit your deposit.
