Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the present time.

Envision Tuning does not provide warranty replacements for any other manufacture products. However, many of the products we offer are covered under that company's manufacture warranty. If you have recently purchased a product from Envision Tuning and feel that the item may be defective or require warranty replacement please contact a member of our Customer Support Team. Our staff is very knowledgeable and can provide installation support, troubleshooting advice and identify possible defects in your purchased product. If we determine that your product does require additional support through the manufacture we will serve as a point of contact to aid in filing a warranty claim. If you wish you could also contact the manufacture directly regarding the specific terms and conditions of their warranty coverage.

We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for deliveries.

Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 15 business days for delivery. Express Courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping time frames are once the order has been processed.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the courier's control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters. We do not accept Collect shipments for online orders. All shipping charges are charged at the time the order is placed online.
