Refund Policy

Unless otherwise indicated, products sold by Envisiontuning.com are covered under the Standard Return Policy. Our Standard Return Policy requires the buyer to complete an RMA request within 14 days from the invoice date (support@envisiontuning.com). If your order is over 14 days, it will not be eligible for return. It is very important that you do not send any item back to our facility without obtaining authorization, doing so will result in a refusal of the package.

For an item to be covered under our Standard Return Policy it must be in new, unused condition with any and all packaging intact. Under the Standard Return Policy, original and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable, and will not be credited in any way. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in delayed and/or refused return processing. Items that have been damaged in shipment, are plagued with a manufacturing defect or warranty replacement are not covered under the Standard Return Policy and must be handled individually by a member of our Customer Support Team (See Warranty Policy). Please also take note that items covered under the standard return policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.
