New “t=1.0” head gasket option for the 2JZ-GTE engine, specifically designed to support increased compression performance.
Features
To support modern high-compression builds using high-octane fuel, we are adding a 1.0 mm thickness (“t=1.0”) option to our lineup for the 2JZ-GTE—an engine renowned for its popularity in competition use.
A thinner gasket thickness has been adopted to account for the difference in thermal expansion between the cast iron block and aluminum cylinder head.
Although this product is intended for use under high boost and high compression conditions, the 2JZ engine's superior bore and bolt pattern allows compatibility with a stopper-type gasket rather than a grommet type. Extensive testing has confirmed that sufficient sealing performance is maintained.
